The modernization project for Akbank’s headquarters building in Istanbul was initiated in 2022 and successfully completed in 2024. Within the scope of the project, a robust infrastructure was created using 4 units of 1000 kVA dry-type transformers, 14 medium voltage (MV) cells, 500 meters of MV cable, and 2,000 meters of low voltage (LV) cable.

The services provided during the modernization process included: medium voltage power distribution (transformer station installation), lighting systems, low voltage power distribution, distribution panels, busbar system, cable trays, and cabling works. All systems underwent comprehensive testing and commissioning processes to ensure an uninterrupted and secure energy infrastructure. This project not only enhanced the building’s technical capacity but also provided Akbank with a modern, efficient, and sustainable working environment.
