Project Description
Within the scope of the electrical infrastructure needs of the modern logistics warehouse facility constructed in Orhanlı under Kibar Holding – Assan Yapı, our company successfully carried out the design and on-site implementation of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and weak current (WC) systems. The project was designed to ensure energy continuity and safety across all warehouse operations.
Project Scope
- Installation of high-voltage power entry infrastructure
- LV distribution panels, cabling, and lighting systems
- Weak current systems including fire detection, CCTV, access control, and data infrastructure
- Construction of all internal and external cable routing throughout the facility
- Setup and commissioning of energy rooms, field panels, and switchgear centers
- Completion of system integration, testing, and temporary acceptance procedures
- Equipment deployed: 2×1600kVA Oil-Type Transformers, 5 HV Switchgear Units, 66,000m LV Cable, 1,730m Lighting Busbar
Technical Approach
The HV and LV infrastructure was constructed in accordance with IEC standards, ensuring energy continuity and modular expansion capability. Weak current systems were supported by digital security and control infrastructure, fully integrated into warehouse operations. All equipment was selected for long lifespan and compliance with strict safety criteria.
