The "Historical Building Restoration" project carried out between 2023 and 2024 in Istanbul for Bayegan Dış Ticaret includes the modernization of the electrical infrastructure of Tevhide Hanım Mansion to meet modern and secure standards. The project involved completing the low voltage power distribution system, cable channels, and cabling works, as well as installing compensation panels, low voltage distribution panels, and lighting system and automation.

Additionally, UPS system, fire detection system, energy monitoring system, lightning rod and grounding installations, and weak current data systems were integrated, equipping the historic mansion with a modern electrical and security infrastructure. All testing and commissioning processes were successfully completed.
