The “Factory Electrical Infrastructure” project completed in 2013 for DHL Logistics at its Kocaeli facilities was designed to meet the uninterrupted power needs of logistics operations. The project included the installation of a 2000kVA oil-type transformer, 4 medium voltage (MV) cells, and 10,500 meters of busbar system.

The facility's power distribution network was supported by 44,000 meters of low voltage (LV) cabling, along with compensation panels, LV distribution panels, and a UPS system. The project also incorporated lighting automation, a fire detection system, an energy monitoring system, and lightning protection and grounding installations.

Integrated with weak current data systems, the entire infrastructure was successfully tested and commissioned, providing DHL’s logistics facilities with a modern and secure electrical setup.
