In the Kasaba Modern project, developed through a joint venture between İş GYO and Tecim in Istanbul’s Çekmeköy – Ömerli region, our company successfully undertook the design and field implementation of the complete electrical infrastructure starting from the first phase in 2024. With the launch of the second phase in 2025, our scope of work has expanded and the project is currently progressing. This prestigious residential development, offering modern villa living in harmony with nature, emphasizes energy continuity, security, and comfort.

The electrical infrastructure was designed to comply with IEC and national standards, featuring modular and scalable architecture fully integrated into the site’s design. All equipment was selected based on durability and safety criteria, and the overall system layout and management were developed to enhance user experience.
