The "Villa and Social Facility Low Voltage Works" project started in 2024 in Istanbul for İş GYO-Tecim Yapı Partnership covers low voltage and weak current installations for 61 villas. The project includes the installation of transformer center, low voltage distribution panels, cable channels, and cabling works. Additionally, compensation panels, lighting system and automation, UPS system, fire detection system, energy monitoring system, lightning rod and grounding installations, and weak current data systems are being established.

The project aims to provide an infrastructure focused on energy efficiency, safety, and automation. Together with testing and commissioning processes, a modern and sustainable electrical-weak current infrastructure will be created.
