The "Villa, Residence, and Hotel Electrical Infrastructure" project carried out between 2019 and 2022 in Muğla for Mesa Bodrum Evleri includes the complete electrical infrastructure for 250 villas/residences and a 50-room hotel within the Demirbükü Residences. The project involved the installation of a transformer center, low voltage power distribution, cable channels, and cabling works, as well as compensation panels, low voltage distribution panels, lighting system, and automation.
As modern energy solutions, UPS system, busbar system, fire detection system, energy monitoring system, and lightning rod and grounding installations were integrated. The project was also supported by weak current data systems to ensure all buildings have a safe and efficient electrical infrastructure. All testing and commissioning processes were successfully completed.
