Project Description
In the P-TECH Solar Cell Factory investment implemented by Pekintaş Construction in Düzce, our company successfully completed the electrical infrastructure of the facility on a turnkey basis. Within the scope of the project, medium voltage and low voltage energy distribution systems, transformer substation, energy monitoring infrastructure and power distribution systems were designed and implemented to high engineering standards. All systems were commissioned and made ready for operation in order to provide uninterrupted, safe and sustainable energy to the factory's production processes.

Project Scope
• Installation of Medium Voltage (MV) power distribution systems
• Assembly of transformer substations and distribution centers
• Installation of Low Voltage (LV) power distribution systems
• Cable trays and power cabling applications
• Assembly of compensation systems and Low Voltage distribution panels
• Power busbar system installation
• Installation of MV and LV Energy Monitoring System
• All electrical testing, commissioning and system integration works
• Installation of 20 Medium Voltage Switchgear
• Installation of 12 3150 kVA Hermetic Type Transformers
• Installation of 1 1600 kVA Hermetic Type Transformer
• Installation of 4,500 meters of MV cable
• Installation of 12 sets of 5000 A Main Distribution and Compensation & AHF Panels
• Installation of 1 set of 3200 A Main Distribution and Compensation Panel
• Installation of 1 set of Generator Output Panel
• Installation of 2,500 meters of Power Busbar (1600 A – 5000 A) A)
• Installation of 160 Busbar Output Boxes with Energy Analyzers

Technical Approach
In this project, the medium and low voltage energy infrastructure was designed and implemented in accordance with international engineering standards. Thanks to high-capacity transformer substations, modular distribution panels, busbar systems with wide current carrying capacity, and a central energy monitoring infrastructure, the energy management of the facility has been made safe, efficient, and sustainable. All systems have undergone comprehensive testing and have been commissioned without any problems.

Project Results
• Safe and uninterrupted energy distribution was ensured throughout the facility. 
• A reliable energy infrastructure was created for high-power production lines.
• Instantaneous consumption monitoring and energy management were made possible with the central energy monitoring system. 
• Maintenance and operation processes were simplified thanks to the modular distribution structure. 
• A sustainable and expandable energy infrastructure suitable for future capacity increases was created.
