Project Description
As part of the yarn factory investment implemented by RB Karesi in Bandırma, Balıkesir, our company undertook the design and implementation of the medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) energy infrastructure. The project was executed to ensure secure, high-capacity, and sustainable energy supply for the factory’s production lines, internal systems, and support units.

Project Scope
  • Installation of medium-voltage (MV) electrical distribution systems
  • LV cabling works and electrical panel installations
  • Construction of transformer room, cable ducts, and field infrastructure
  • Deployment of energy distribution panels, busbar systems, and lighting infrastructure
  • Point-based energy connections and system integration for production lines
  • Completion of all electrical testing and commissioning procedures
  • Equipment installed: 3×4000kVA and 18×2500kVA Dry-Type Transformers, 12,000m MV Cable, 1,250m Busbar, 90,000m LV Cable
Technical Approach
The MV and LV infrastructure was built in compliance with IEC standards. High-performance cables, sealed panel systems, and expandable distribution schemes were utilized, with safety and operational continuity prioritized throughout the production process.
